  1. vCIO: Strategic direction, budgeting, planning, and consulting services. This includes account reviews and IT roadmaps aimed at driving your digital transformation forward.

  2. Managed Services Concierge: Serving as your primary point of contact for all account details, our trusted advisor acts as the liaison between your vCIO and the service team. They manage inquiries regarding IT services, invoices, and all elements of business-enabling technology essential for decision-making, collaboration, productivity, compliance, business continuity, security, and efficiency.

  3. Client Management Tools: Our suite includes Professional Services Automation, Ticketing, CRM, Remote Management and Monitoring, Documentation, Communication, Notification, and Data Privacy.

  4. Vendor Technical Assistance: We directly engage with your technology vendors for incident remediation, ticket creation, request escalation, or incident resolution within your IT environment. This support extends to hardware manufacturers, software development firms, cloud service providers, ISPs, telecommunication brokers, printer and copier companies, and local couriers. We also handle basic inquiries about your environment and facilitate access to systems at the vendor’s request, subject to client approval.

  5. Procurement Services: We source products exclusively from authorized channels and recommend business-class solutions. Our services encompass identifying configuration options, ensuring proper registration, managing licensing and warranties, and verifying the authenticity of all products.

  6. Network Management: Our comprehensive offerings include monitoring, administration, reporting, domain name and SSL certificate management, remote incident remediation, and on-site incident remediation.

Additional charges for Core Services may apply if a client has multiple locations with expanded Network Management and Vendor Technical Assistance requirements.

To ensure excellence, Mectzi limits new client onboardings to two per month at most locations. This strategic approach allows us to implement rigorous quality controls from the outset, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency and long-term value for our clients.

We give users direct access to support, which eliminates bottlenecks and allows us to collect data and insights to identify training gaps and recommend system improvements.

Our Service Level Agreement prioritizes client matters and response times by P1, P2, P3, and P4. A significant server or cloud application outage is a P1.

Assisting with a password reset is a P4. Good news: we can set you up with a self-serve password solution, so you don’t have to open a ticket.
